Nourishing the whole body: moving beyond the physical
Dietitians Retreat, July 2015 - Hepburn Springs, Victoria
_
Following on from the sold out retreat (Byron Bay, April 2015), we are so excited to announce that we are holding another one, this time in another gorgeous location - Hepburn Springs, Victoria
Body Positive Australia introduces professional development and networking with a unique twist......
Saturday 4th July to Wednesday 8th July 2015
Continental House, Hepburn Springs
We are excited to bring you a professional development retreat which balances learning, networking and relaxation in very much a "foodie" location. A cohesive mix of long and shorter workshops with an option to develop or begin a yoga and meditation practice, you will have the rare opportunity to expand your skills with some of Australia’s leading health professionals while kicking back for some well-deserved down time.
Fiona Sutherland (APD) and Sarah Harry (Psychotherapist, Yoga teacher) are experienced facilitators who run groups, workshops and lectures to a diverse range of audiences including professionals, general public and the corporate sector. We know how to blend fun and learning in an experiential way to support & enhance your existing skills while also leaving time for delicious food, socialising and relaxation in a beautiful venue.
You can expect plenty of professional development, but without the stuffy formal environment - we will set an agenda but you are also welcome to set your own. There will be workshops held both in the morning and afternoon: we plan to offer a diverse set of topics supporting key themes of the retreat.
Spaces limited to 20
